RETURNS AND
EXCHANGE POLICY

We will do our best to assist with your return or exchange. If the product is
not satisfactory, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

We currently do not accept exchange. Instead, you may initiate a return and place a new order.

Return Process

1.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the new and unused products together with the original packaging and invoice within 7 days after the goods collection. Please notify us your intent to return by email with order number, reasons for return and relevant photos/videos.

We will confirm the return process with you and arrange an address for return.

You will need to return the product at your own cost.

3.

After receiving the return, we will perform simple check and arrange refund. We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with the invoice, and the refund will take 7-14 days. The amount refunded back to you will be charged an 15% restocking fee*.
*If it is due to product damage, restocking fees will be associated with the return.

Conditions of Return

Items must be:

  • Brand new, in unused, good condition and not damaged;
  • In original package, including packaging and components, must be included in returns or exchanges;
  • NutroOne reserves the right to interpret and modify the terms and conditions of the listed services
